Dear Screaming Eagle or Eagle Supporter
The Screaming Eagle Aviation Association supports the Screaming Eagle Aviation Soldiers, family members and memorializes those that made the ultimate sacrifice. We execute through not for profit fund raising. We Are Screaming Eagle Aviation Soldiers supporting Screaming Eagle Aviation Soldiers!
As you are probably aware, there does not exist, at Fort Campbell, a Memorial, exclusively dedicated to the Men and Women, of the Screaming Eagle Army Aviation community that made the ultimate sacrifice. Further, there is limited reach back capability for the Commanders of our two Combat Aviation Brigades (the 101st and the 159th) allowing support to their Gold Star families. The Screaming Eagle Aviation Association (SEAA) now exists as an organization that can legally erect a memorial dedicated to 101st Airborne Division Aviation Soldiers that died in defense of OUR Nation.
Over this last year, dedicated and enthusiastic former Eagles, worked through mountains of red tape, guided by professional legal support, and with the approval of the Division and Aviation Brigades' Leadership, gained authorization for the SEAA. The result is the SEAA organized under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. We now have an organization that can legally erect a memorial dedicated to 101st Airborne Division Aviation Soldiers that died serving OUR Nation.
While there remain months of effort ahead, our first order of business is to secure funding allowing the initial day-to-day operating and preliminary efforts to provide for the and welfare of Aviation Soldiers and their families. To be sure, the SEAA's Leadership and operations are strictly volunteers; we have no paid staff members.
We NEED your help. This association is long overdue and our Memorial will encompass every Operation (Peace or War) that any 101st Aviation Soldier ever participated.
Each of us enjoys fond memories of our Warrior Teams and Soldiers providing the finest of Air Assault operations to Screaming Eagles throughout the world. We respectfully request you join with us and generously contribute.
Purpose
The objective of the Screaming Eagle Aviation Association is to provide for the health, comfort, welfare, and morale of Soldiers assigned or attached to 101st and 159th Combat Aviation Brigade. Primary activities (in order of priority) of the fund include but are not limited to:

- •Support wounded, injured and ill Soldiers to include their family members
- •Provide necessary comfort and aid 101st and 159th CAB Soldiers and family members. Any funds generated or deposited with this organization may be used to pay for health, comfort, welfare, and morale items for Soldiers and their families.
- •Support to 101st and 159th CAB Soldiers, and family members for educational, vocational and or other similar interests.
No funds will be given directly to Soldiers or their families for their own use. All items purchased by the fund must be approved by the governing body, and should be distributed equally and without regard to rank or position, to the extent feasible and reasonable, among deployed Soldiers and their families, regardless of rank or position.
Join Us. Support the Mission.
